    How To Enter

    By entering this competition, each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

    Entry is open to all New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over, who follow the Maxigesic Instagram page, excluding employees and immediate families of AFT Pharmaceuticals and associated agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion (“Eligible Entrant”).

    Entry is open from Friday 11 April to Tuesday 15 April.

    To enter you must complete the following;

    • Follow Maxigesic on Instagram
    • Comment on the competition post telling us who you would take to the game.
    • Bonus entry if you share and tag us in your story.
    • Multiple entries are allowed.
    • Your entry must not be inappropriate (for example, logos of other companies), offensive or illegal, in breach of another person’s rights or in breach of Instagram rules. Maxigesic will disqualify such entries without notice. Maxigesic may check that entries are valid and can disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including submitting an entry that breaches these terms and conditions.

    • There is 1 prize to be won.

      • The winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Warriors vs Broncos game on 19 April.
      • The prize draw will be conducted on Tuesday 15 April. The winner will be selected independently, at random, from all valid entries received during the entry period.
      • Maxigesic will contact the winner within 24 hours of the prize draw ending.
      • If the winner does not get back to us within 24 hours, or a winner is unable to use the prize, the prize will be forfeited, and Maxigesic will randomly choose another winner.
      • The winners will be required to DM the Maxigesic Instagram account with the following information: Full name, phone number and email address.
        Maxigesic will not allow transfer of prize to someone else and cannot be exchanged for cash.
      • Maxigesic will use your details to run the prize draw and contact you if you win.
      • Whilst Maxigesic will try and fulfil our obligations to run the prize draw smoothly, we’ll not be responsible if something happens that is beyond our reasonable control.
      • Maxigesic reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify you without notice if you tamper with the entry process or don’t comply with these rules.
      • Any prize value stated is correct at time of printing, but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
      • Maxigesic is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
      • All entries become the property of Maxigesic. By uploading or submitting content (such as text, data, images, photos or names) to a Facebook/Instagram competition you acknowledge that you have the right to use, upload and/or submit the content and you grant Maxigesic a right to use, copy, modify, publish, or otherwise distribute that content, including any personal information that may be included in the content for any purpose, including in marketing and promotional materials, in any media as Maxigesic determines. The licence you grant Maxigesic is perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and Maxigesic will not be required to obtain your permission for any such use or attribute any content to you.
      • The winner consents to Maxigesic using their likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording) in any media for an unlimited period of time without payment to promote this competition (including any outcome), and any of Maxigesic’s products.
        In the event of any dispute, Maxigesic’s decision is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Maxigesic can substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
