1. These terms and conditions and information on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions ("General Terms") and apply to the Promotion. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of the General Terms.
2. The Promoter is AFT Pharmaceuticals Limited, which has its registered office at Level 1, Nielsen Centre, 129 Hurstmere Road, Takapuna, Auckland, 0622, New Zealand, (the "Promoter").
The Promotion 3. Entry into the Promotion opens on 12:01am, 1 April 2026 and closes on 11:59pm 08 June 2026 ("Promotion Period").
4. To enter the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotion Period, complete the online entry form at maxigesic.co.nz/maxigesicmatch by answering three questions and providing the required personal details.
5. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that the email address inputted is accurate and regularly checked. The Promoter is not liable for any undelivered notifications due to inaccuracies or changes in an entrant's email address. Entrants are advised to monitor their email inbox, including spam or junk folders, for communication regarding their entry into the Promotion.
6. One entry per person - multiple entries are not permitted.
Entry Criteria 7. The Promotion is only open to New Zealand citizens or permanent residents, aged 18 years or over. The Promotion is not open to:
(a) employees of the Promoter;
(b) parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to this Promotion;
(c) parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Promotion; or
(d) any immediate family members or any of the above-mentioned parties.
Prize 8. There is one (1) prize to be won of a trip for four people, to see the One NZ Warriors play in Auckland on 18 July 2026 ("Prize"). The Prize includes:
(a) Return economy airfares for two (2) from a designated Airport, New Zealand to Auckland, New Zealand;
(b) three (3) nights' accommodation in two (2) twin share rooms at a designated Hotel in central Auckland between 16 and 19 July 2026;
(c) four (4) match tickets with game day hospitality provided to the One NZ Warriors vs St. George-Illawarra Dragons NRL match at Go Media Stadium, Auckland.
(d) NZD $2,000 spending money.
9. The total prize pool is valued at NZD $6,000.
10. Any additional costs and expenses not listed in the Prize description above, including but not limited to food costs, travel insurance costs, insurance excesses, visa costs, passport costs and additional spending money, are solely the responsibility of the Prize winner and their chosen travel companion. Internal/domestic travel costs and any other expenses incurred travelling to and from Auckland International Airport (including domestic accommodation) are not the responsibility of the Promoter.
11. The Prize is valid between 16 and 19 July 2026 only and the Prize must be redeemed within those dates.
12. Redeeming the Prize is conditional on the Prize winner and any nominated travel companions accepting any terms and conditions as detailed by the Promoter and any Prize provider or supplier. All travel is subject to availability and may be dependent on specific booking classes with airlines or specific room categories with accommodation partners. All airline and accommodation providers will be selected by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
13. The Prize is not transferable or changeable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
14. Should a Prize or any part of a Prize become unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion decide to provide an alternative prize.
Prize Winners 15. The Prize winner will be determined by way of random electronic selection. The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the Promotion Period will be selected to win the Prize.
16. The Prize winner will be drawn by 5:00pm Tuesday 9 June 2026 and notified by email, using the contact details associated with their Promotion entry, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. To enable the Promoter to facilitate provision of the Prize, the Prize winner must nominate two names to receive the prize. There is no requirement that the Prize winner chooses their own name.
17. The Prize winner will be the person listed on the winning entry form selected. The Promoter nor its agents will not be responsible in any way for any disputes arising because of entries being submitted by person(s) other than the person listed on the entry form. Entrants are responsible for ensuring the contact details are correct at the time of entry into the Promotion.
18. In the event that:
(a) an ineligible entrant is drawn as a Prize winner (for example if the entrant is not 18 years of age or older); or
(b) the Promoter is unable to contact a Prize within 5 working days of the Prize draw, having made reasonable attempts to do so,
that entrant's entry will be deemed invalid, that entrant will forfeit any Prize awarded and the Promoter may award the Prize to a re-drawn entrant on the same terms and conditions as the original Prize draw. In that case, the original winner will not be entitled to any compensation.
19. A person purporting to be a Prize winner will be required to provide proof of identity and to verify any other eligibility requirements.
20. If a winner cannot accept or take part in the Prize for any reason or nominate another person(s) to take the Prize, the winner's Prize may at the Promoter's discretion be declared void and in such a case no compensation will be payable.
Publication of the winner's details 21. By partaking in the Promotion and accepting the Prize, Prize winner(s) agree to participate in all promotional, public, or marketing activity reasonably requested by the Promoter, related entities and its agents in connection with the Promotion, and to the use of the Prize winner(s) name, image or voice (including photograph, file and/or recording of the same) for promotional purposes without remuneration or compensation.
Privacy 22. Entry into this Promotion involves the collection of personal information about entrants by the Promoter, as well as any selected travel companions, such as names, addresses, mobile phone numbers or email addresses. This information is collected and held by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the Promoter's privacy policy, available
here for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion, including to establish entrant eligibility, to notify Prize winners, facilitate provision of the Prize, and for future promotional purposes. For the purposes of conducting the Prize draw, notifying the Prize winner(s) and facilitating redemption of a Prize, the Promoter may pass entrants' personal details to their agents and other associated organisations. For the purposes of research, entry data may also be shared with the One NZ Warriors. Personal information does not have to be provided by an entrant or selected travel companion, but if it is not then the entrant or selected travel companion may not participate in the Promotion or be eligible to receive a Prize. Under the Privacy Act 2020, individuals have the right to access and correct any such personal information held about them by the Promoter. Individuals may access and request correction of any of the details about them held by the Promoter by sending an email to

General 23. The Prize will be presented or delivered (as applicable) at a time and via the means arranged by the Promoter.
24. Entrants acknowledge and agree that they will comply with all instructions given by employees of the Promoter and other agencies associated with this promotion and agree not to do anything that may bring the Promoter into disrepute.
25. Entrants agree that as a condition of receiving the Prize, they may be required to execute a waiver and indemnity in the form provided by the Promoter.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time, for any reason, and in its sole and absolute discretion cancel, terminate, or modify the Promotion without the need to provide compensation or notice to entrants or attempted entrants.
27. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these General Terms or who tampers with (or whom the Promoter reasonably suspects has tampered with) the entry process or the winner selection process, or who has otherwise been misleading or fraudulent in the course of the Promotion.
28. The Promoter will not be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected or incorrect entries, including, but not limited to, entries not received due to technical problems, user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the Promotion.
29. If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, acts or omissions of third parties, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion (but subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
30. The Promoter makes no representation nor provides any warranties as to the quality or suitability of the Prizes offered.
31. The Promoter is not responsible for any losses associated with any change to the value of any Prize(s).
32. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person or to personal property whether in contract or otherwise at law including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its servants or agents, in connection with this Promotion (including the arrangements for the supply of any goods or services by any person to the Prize winner and where applicable, to any person or persons accompanying the Prize winner).
33. Prize winner(s) accept any Prizes at their own risk and, to the extent permitted by law, indemnify the Promoter in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with a Prize. The winning Participant(s) is responsible for all insurance, tax and other costs that may be associated with the prize.
34. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final.
35. The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions, or to engage in any form of correspondence whatsoever with entrants or purported entrants, or their representatives, in any matters relating to the Promotion.
36. If a Prize or any part of a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion decide to provide an alternative prize.
37. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of their rights under these terms and conditions at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
38. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
